Ian Piper has been developing software on the Macintosh, Newton and iPhone since clapping eyes on his first Mac back in 1984.
Ian lives and works in Warwickshire with his wife, children and dog. He runs Tellura Information Services, a UK-based information management consultancy company. His day job mostly involves picking apart and rebuilding taxonomies for complex information systems and writing software for the Mac and iPhone. The company also builds websites for small to medium sized enterprises and runs training courses on all sorts of IT-related topics.
Outside work he spends as much time as possible climbing hills in the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
